I know first hand what it’s like to be at the edge of burnout, juggling the demands of a high-pressure career and personal responsibilities. After experiencing burnout three times during my corporate career as an IT program manager, I realized I couldn’t keep living this way. In 2021, it all hit me—overwhelm, stress, and exhaustion were holding me back from living the life I truly wanted.
That was my wake-up call. I knew something had to change, not just for me, but for the countless other women I saw struggling with the same challenges. I decided to turn my own journey into my mission: to help women like you break free from the cycle of stress and burnout and reclaim their health, energy, and confidence.
I became a certified Life and Health Coach, earning additional credentials in Nutrition to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to wellness. Now, I specialize in helping professionals 30+ master their stress, rebuild their energy, and unlock the confidence they need to thrive—both personally and professionally.
